Our Services

Construction management services include managing the construction site from a prime contractor's point of view. We will look after personnel (including sourcing competent sub-contractors, monitoring employees on specific parts of project, making sure deadlines are met, etc.) and materials management (both owner- and contractor-supplied). We will coordinate arrival, oversee, and supervise materials and personnel on site and ensure that tasks are completed safely and on time.
